Field Grade Advisory Group is an independent healthcare consulting firm providing general education, healthcare-system navigation, personal records organization, caregiver and family planning, professional-resource navigation, and transition support.

The firm is led and managed by Brooke Hossfeld, MPH, CIC, MLS (ASCP)cm. Brooke and the operating team oversee daily operations, client communications, service delivery, records handling, and administrative decisions.

Our services are designed to help clients organize information, understand publicly available resources, prepare for healthcare conversations, and make informed personal decisions.

Field Grade Advisory Group is not a VA-accredited representative. We do not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims; evaluate claim evidence; recommend ratings or appeal strategies; provide legal representation; or provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
