Field Grade Advisory Group provides general resource-navigation and administrative referral support. Under the day-to-day operational leadership of Brooke Hossfeld, MPH, CIC, MLS(ASCP)CM, our operating team helps clients understand the different types of professionals available and where to find qualified assistance.
Our role is limited to general education, resource identification, and—with the client’s permission—administrative introductions. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or claim-specific advice.
TYPES OF RESOURCES
Depending on a client’s stated needs, we may provide information about:
• VA-accredited Veterans Service Organization representatives
• VA-accredited claims agents
• VA-accredited attorneys
• Licensed healthcare professionals
• Independent care managers and social-work resources
• Caregiver and community-support organizations
• Financial, estate-planning, or long-term-care professionals
• Official government directories and assistance programs

Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting the professional they wish to engage.
Any professional relationship is formed directly between the client and the independent professional.
Our role is to help you understand the types of professionals available and where to find official, reliable resources.
OUR RESOURCE-NAVIGATION PROCESS
Our process is designed to help you understand what type of independent professional or official resource may be appropriate—without providing legal, medical, financial, or claim-specific advice.
1. General Resource Discussion
The client explains the general category of assistance being sought, such as legal representation, healthcare evaluation, care coordination, financial planning, or caregiver support.
Please do not submit detailed claim evidence, medical records, VA decisions, or appeal documents for this initial discussion.
2. Identify the Appropriate Type of Resource
Our operating team explains the general differences among available professionals and official assistance resources.
We do not analyze a claim, determine eligibility, or decide which evidence or legal strategy a client should pursue.
3. Provide Resource Information
We may provide:
• Links to official government directories
• Publicly available professional contact information
• General questions to ask a prospective professional
• Information about verifying licenses or VA accreditation
• An administrative introduction, when appropriate and authorized by the client
4. Independent Client Selection
The client independently evaluates the professional’s credentials, experience, services, fees, and suitability.
Field Grade Advisory Group does not guarantee that a professional will accept a matter or achieve a particular result.
CLIENT INFORMATION AND CONSENT
SERVICE BOUNDARIES
Field Grade Advisory Group does not:
• Analyze the merits of a VA claim or appeal
• Evaluate clinical evidence for a benefits claim
• Identify evidence needed to establish service connection
• Recommend a disability rating, SMC level, or effective date
• Recommend a claim or appeal pathway
• Develop legal, medical, or claim strategies
• Prepare evidence packages, legal arguments, DBQs, or medical opinions
• Select an attorney or healthcare professional on the client’s behalf
• Provide legal, medical, or financial advice
• Direct or supervise an independent professional
• Prepare, present, or prosecute VA benefits claims
• Represent clients before the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Guarantee professional availability, service quality, or outcomes
Field Grade Advisory Group will not send medical, legal, claim, or other sensitive client information to an outside professional without the client’s specific authorization.
Clients should provide sensitive records directly to the professional they select unless a separate, authorized administrative arrangement has been established.
Any known ownership, financial, affiliate, or referral relationship involving Field Grade Advisory Group and a suggested professional will be disclosed before an introduction is made.
At the client’s request, our operating team may confirm that contact information was received or that an introductory appointment was scheduled. We do not manage, direct, or monitor legal, medical, financial, or VA claim work.
